I normally ship via the US Postal Service, unless you request otherwise. We accept returns of items in unused condition within 30 days of purchase. I can not accept returns for ebook/PDF downloads. If your order is damaged or does not match the product description, we'll provide a replacement or a refund. I mean, these are the rules, but usually if you just send a nice email, I can usually work something out human to human. I'm not a huge corporate bookstore with a staff, it's just lil' ole' me.
