Summer guitar and ukulele group classes.
ALL group classes are $39 for the complete four week session.
Each session is one hour from Noon to 1PM.
- Kids Group Guitar Class - Two four week sessions

- Ukulele Group Guitar Class ( all ages ) - Two four week sessions

- Adult Group Guitar Class - Two four week sessions
- Session One: Saturday, July 13, 20, 27, 8/3
- Session Two: Thursday, August 10, 17, 23, 30
These group lessons are a great way to get an introduction to guitar and/or ukulele.
CALL or stop into the store and sign-up or reserve your spot.
Be sure to pick-up a new ukulele for the summer ukulele season. We'll every season is ukulele season – but the summer is especially nice for playing your ukulele.

Funky Frets at the 52nd Philadelphia Folk Festival

One again the Funky Frets crew is packing up ALL their ukuleles, over 100 and heading off to the Philadelphia Folk Festival.
Stop by the booth if you're at the festival and say hello and try out a few ukuleles.
We'll have a large selection of ukulele strings, books and accessories.

- Charvel - We have a boat load of Charvel guitars in stock. These guitar are setup with fast low actions. Starting at $199 and up.
- Takamine G Series Acoustics - Another line of guitars a that we can't keep. Great playing acoustic-electric guitars and very affordable.
- We also carry a selection of afforable beginner acoustics and electric.

Funky Frets is now open with a great selection of ukuleles. Prices range from $40 and up, covering beginner, intermediate and professional level ukuleles. We have over 100 in stock and ready to go.
We also have a full line of DiPinto guitars. I've been playing the Galaxies models so much – I might turn them into used guitars, so nice! Get one before I buy 'em.
We only have a Sunburst Galaxie 4 left.
