Godefroy Maruejouls is a French guitar maker based in London, UK. Godefroy builds Selmer Maccaferri style guitars and classical guitars one by one with the finest materials to create a balanced instrument with an even response and colourful sound.
He also teaches guitar-making at London Metropolitan University (former London College of Furniture and London Guildhall University).

At the age of 17, I started making guitars, working for a chap called Stefan Sobell. I worked for him at first for two years - 1988/89, then returned in 1992 and remained until late 2003.
I set up my own workshop in Newcastle upon Tyne, north east England in 2004.
